Mark Ward

Mark is Chairman and General Secretary of Evergreen Football Club and has been involved with Evergreen since 2008 managing teams from Under 8 through to Under 18s and now currently manager of the the senior Evergreen Ladies team. Appointed Chairman in 2014, Mark successfully led a major fundraising campaign in conjunction with the Herts FA and Football Foundation to re-develop the 3G, Clubhouse and Changing Rooms raising in excess of £300k which has created one of the best football facilities in Hertfordshire.

Gordon Wallis

Gordon is Vice-Chairman and manages the 3G astroturf pitch, also registrations for the club. He is also manager of Evergreen Saturday Seniors who compete in the Herts Senior County League . Gordon has spent over 17 years of his football life at Evergreen in 3 different spells and has visibly encouraged the smooth transition of youth players into senior football thus enabling youngsters who have played all their youth football at Evergreen to continue to play for the club. Gordon has had previous spells managing at Harefield Utd, Oxhey Jets , Sun Sports and Mill End Sports and has a wealth of experience and knowledge of local Senior football.

Ian Turner

Ian is the Youth Secretary and one of the welfare officers at Evergreen FC. The role of youth secretary he has performed since 1968 (53 years!). He has received an award from the FA for his services to youth football in the area. Ian has served on all the local leagues being registration secretary on the Watford Youth League and Fixture secretary on the West Herts Youth League. He also represented clubs in the Watford area on the Herts FA Board for many of the years in the 1990s. Ian led the team in making certain Evergreen achieved England Football Accredited 3 Star Rating which has replaced the FA Charter Standard Community Club accreditation.
